Portland Running Company invites all Team Penguin-Portland members to an evening with Arthur Lydiard. Wednesday, October 6, 1999 7:30 pm at Timberline Dodge 2510 N.E. Sandy Blvd.		Arthur Lydiard has coached 17 Olympic medalists, and numerous world record holders. On this evening, Arthur will share his methods and show all of us how to maximize our marathon potential. In addition to improving your running, this event will also improve our community. For admission, bring one non-perishable food item for The Oregon Food Bank. Come and take advantage of this rare opportunity to learn from a legend.
