Arrival in Buenos Aries

When we arrived in Argentina, we did what comes naturally for runners who have spent 24 hours sitting on their butts. We RAN!

We had to run in the city on narrow streets and through traffic, but we were running.

Thom Gilligan gave instructions before the first run. This was to be an easy jog to loosen up.

The group took off at about a 7 minute per mile pace. I knew then I was in trouble. There were some serious speed merchants on the trip.
