I'm just getting started. I'm overweight, I like to eat, and I hate to walk or run.How can I stay motivated??

Dear Salt Lake:
Welcome to the club. Not many of us wake up one morning and just LOVE to be more active and LOVE to stop eating so much.
But, the truth is, you have no other choice.
So, be smart, be reasonable. You can't change everything over night. Get out of your house a few days this week and just MOVE your body.
Later, you can add some brisk walking, and maybe even a few steps of running. But it takes time. It took me almost six months to be able to waddle for three miles.
Get up, and get going!!
