The Penguin Flight Schools will be workshops attended by 3 dozen of your closest friends, all Penguins in spirit, in pleasant surroundings, with lots of good food, a low-key morning race, and the chance to talk about running and other fitness issues to your heart's content with folks who have the same enthusiasm and concerns as you.
The average day will start with breakfast, move into the classroom, have group runs (groups sorted by pace), lunch, study hall, dinner, and end up with more time to hang out with your friends, John "the Penguin" Bingham, and world class coaches.
The plans for the 1999 Camps are nearly complete.
